Diabetes is one of the common diseases that cannot be cured completely. We can take only medication and take care of our body in a perfect manner which would protect us from the problems that are caused due to diabetes. There are two common types of diabetes. One is the problem due to the decreased insulin production by the body and this is called the Type I Diabetes and the other one is called the Type II Diabetes in which the body cannot be utilize even though enough insulin is secreted by the body as the peripheral tissues  becomes resistant to the insulin. There is also many other types of diabetes but they are uncommon. One among them is the gestational diabetes that can be found only among the pregnant women. Some of the causes of diabetes are heredity, poor dieting, sedentary lifestyle, stress and of course obesity. Among these, the major case is the heredity. The person will get the disease form their blood relations and the risk is more if a father has diabetes than if a mother has the same disease. Another major cause is the obesity and fat body as the people do not do any exercises and follow a deskbound lifestyle. The best option is to maintain a healthy body by doing some minimal exercises regularly.
