  1. Make an exercise.  When you were doing it, it will help you increases blood to the brain and it encourages the formation of new neurons.  It also helps to relieves stress and contributes to mental focus.
  2. Eat Well. Just like in eating eggs that are rich in choline that helps the brain store and retrieve memories for a mind full of knowledge and information.  Drink plenty of water and add some milk that is rich in memory enhancing.
  3. Don’t forget to take some vitamins that help keep the brain in peak functioning capacity for a sharp mind.
  4. Continuous learning, try to solve puzzles this will help you exercise your brain as well in keeping your brain sharp and helps you concentrate.
